- Our primary aim is to promote the relief and rehabilitation of persons suffering with anxiety disorders through information and provision of self-help services.
- To advance awareness of the general public in the causes and conditions of anxiety disorders and associated phobias.

- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Social Phobia
- Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD)
- Trichotillomania
- Tranquilliser Problems
- Agoraphobia
- Other Phobias such as fear of:
blushing, heights, vomiting, spiders, HIV, cancer, heart disease, being alone, public speaking, thunderstorms, dentists, death, school, confined spaces etc.
